Upon receiving your flowers, gently remove all packaging and ties. Clear any leaves that may fall below the waterline so the roses can absorb water efficiently. Trim approximately 3–5 cm from the stems at an angle while holding them under water.

Wash the vase thoroughly and fill it with room‑temperature water, ensuring the water level reaches about half of the stem height. If flower food is included, add it to the water as directed.

Place the arrangement away from direct sunlight, strong airflow, and heat sources such as heaters or air conditioners. Check the water daily, refresh it regularly, and trim the stems slightly (0.5–1 cm) with each water change. Using rested, chlorine‑free water will help extend the freshness of your roses.
