Flower Care Instructions

When your flower arrangement arrives, carefully remove the packaging and untie
any strings if necessary. Remove the lower leaves so they do not remain under
the water. Cut approximately 3–5 cm from the bottom of the stems under running
water to help the flowers absorb water more effectively.

Clean the vase thoroughly and fill it with room-temperature water. Make sure
the water reaches approximately halfway up the stems, and add one packet of
flower food to the vase if provided. Keep the arrangement away from direct
sunlight, strong drafts, and heat sources such as radiators, air conditioners,
stoves, and heaters.

Check the water level every day and replace the water regularly. Whenever you
change the water, recut approximately 0.5–1 cm from the stems. Using
chlorine-free, rested water can help extend the freshness of your flowers.
Remove wilted or dried flowers promptly so that the remaining blooms stay fresh
for longer.
